No hype. No consulting fluff. No hallucinated frameworks. Real evidence, rigorous sourcing, hard decisions simplified.
The AI landscape is moving so fast that most leaders are making billion-dollar decisions on vendor marketing decks. They don't have time to read every arXiv paper, watch every technical keynote, or decode every white paper.
AgentSignal was built to close that gap. We synthesize primary sources — Anthropic research, OpenAI documentation, Google DeepMind papers, enterprise case studies, regulatory guidance — into structured, evidence-cited intelligence that senior leaders can actually use.
Every claim is traceable. Every framework is testable. Every update is timestamped. If something is unknown or debated, we say so explicitly — we never paper over uncertainty with confident-sounding prose.
AgentSignal is also built to be read by machines: structured data lets answer engines cite it cleanly, and Practitioners get API and MCP access so their own agents can query the evidence-tagged intelligence directly.
This is informational intelligence, not professional advice. The decisions are yours. We just make sure you're deciding with the best available evidence.
Same evidence, same rigor — three different decision contexts. Each track surfaces what matters most for your role.
CEOs, COOs, and boards navigating AI transformation, budget allocation, and competitive positioning. You need strategy, not syntax. We give you the frameworks to ask the right questions and stress-test vendor claims.
Security executives who need to understand what AI systems actually do to your attack surface — prompt injection, data exfiltration, supply chain risks, and compliance posture before your board asks you about it.
Founders building AI-native products, evaluating AI vendors, or deciding how much of their stack to rewrite. You move fast and need to know what's real, what's premature, and what's a lock-in trap.
Every claim on AgentSignal traces back to a specific source with a specific date. Here is the exact process from raw signal to published intelligence.
We monitor the primary sources across 8 tiers: primary AI labs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google DeepMind, Meta AI), technical publications, analyst reports, security advisories, academic preprints, regulatory guidance, and practitioner communities. New material is flagged by novelty, relevance, and source authority.
Each item is scored on five dimensions: source authority (1–10), novelty vs. rehashed (1–10), strategic relevance for leaders (1–10), time sensitivity (1–10), and cross-source confirmation (bonus). Only items scoring 3.0+ surface for human review. This filters approximately 80% of daily noise.
Every item that passes scoring gets human review before publication. The reviewer assigns an evidence tier (see below), checks for contradictions with existing published content, and tags unknown/debated aspects explicitly. Nothing gets a tier it has not earned.
Approved content is structured into the 5-Layer Content Model: Layer 1 (90-second brief for executives), Layer 2 (framework with mental model), Layer 3 (evidence base with source citations), Layer 4 (live debates and tensions — Practitioner tier), Layer 5 (role-specific decision scenarios — Practitioner tier). Layers 1–3 are always free.
Every published claim carries a verification timestamp. Green dot = verified within 30 days. Yellow dot = 31–60 days, flagged for re-verification. Red dot = 60+ days, potentially stale and prominently labeled. In a domain where 90 days is "ancient history," we treat freshness as a first-class quality signal.
When a framework or claim is updated, the previous version is archived with a changelog. You can see what changed, when it changed, and what new evidence triggered the update. No silent rewrites. No disappeared claims. The record is the product.
We assign every claim to one of four evidence tiers. Tier 1 sources define reality. Tier 4 sources inform context. We never let Tier 4 override Tier 1.

Clarity about what AgentSignal is not is as important as what it is.
We do not provide personalized advice. Nothing here constitutes a recommendation specific to your organization, industry, risk profile, or legal situation. Engage qualified advisors for that.
We are not paid by vendors to feature their products. The Reality Filter's job is to help you see through marketing claims, not amplify them. No sponsored content on signal assessments.
We document what is known, what is debated, and what is unknown. We do not forecast model capabilities, market outcomes, or regulatory directions. Uncertainty is labeled as uncertainty.
AgentSignal is a force multiplier for leaders who already think critically — not a replacement for domain expertise. Read deeply, build judgment, hire experts. We accelerate that process; we do not replace it.
AI strategy and architecture consultant at Wolfe Venture Labs. Working directly with enterprises on AI transformation, agentic system design, and security posture. AgentSignal is built from the questions clients ask, the answers I have to find, and the frameworks I build to explain what's actually happening beneath the marketing layer.
This platform reflects a simple belief: leaders deserve better intelligence than the AI industry currently provides them.
